# 咪咕视频 vs 403

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: 403 at none against 咪咕视频's 33. 403 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). 咪咕视频's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 1) and device support. On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 咪咕视频 sells 32 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. 403 asks for nothing beyond the download.

403 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 咪咕视频 has 4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
