# 咪咕视频 vs 摇色子

The clearest difference is ads: 摇色子 at none against 咪咕视频's shown. 摇色子 also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6). 咪咕视频's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (4K vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 咪咕视频 sells 32 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and 摇色子 sells 14 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

摇色子 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 咪咕视频 has 4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

咪咕视频 ships an update fortnightly, 摇色子 every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
