# 咪咕视频 vs MoniMoni

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MoniMoni at 100% against 咪咕视频's 21%. MoniMoni also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). 咪咕视频's advantage is ratings volume (4K vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 咪咕视频 sells 32 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and MoniMoni sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MoniMoni holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 咪咕视频 has 4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 21% of 咪咕视频's written reviews are positive against 100% of MoniMoni's.

咪咕视频 ships an update fortnightly, MoniMoni every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
