# Stepwise Pedometer vs StepsBot

The clearest difference is rating: Stepwise Pedometer at 4.7 against StepsBot's 4.2. Stepwise Pedometer also leads on ratings volume (3.7K vs 26) and review sentiment (83% vs 70%). StepsBot's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stepwise Pedometer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.49 per year and StepsBot sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stepwise Pedometer holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stepwise Pedometer has 3.7K ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two.
