# iStuffFinder vs Island ECC App

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Island ECC App at 100% against iStuffFinder's 33%. Island ECC App also leads on ratings volume (13 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). iStuffFinder's advantage is update cadence (every 3 months vs every 45 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

iStuffFinder holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Island ECC App has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of iStuffFinder's written reviews are positive against 100% of Island ECC App's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iStuffFinder ships an update every 3 months, Island ECC App every 45 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
