# CentroControl vs PowerView

The clearest difference is rating: PowerView at 4.4 against CentroControl's 3.8. PowerView also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (2.4K vs 14). CentroControl's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 28%) and device support (4 vs 2). On price and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CentroControl sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. PowerView asks for nothing beyond the download.

PowerView holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PowerView has 2.4K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of CentroControl's written reviews are positive against 28% of PowerView's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

CentroControl ships an update every 3 months, PowerView every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
