# IMSA vs MotoGP™

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: IMSA at none against MotoGP™'s 10. MotoGP™'s advantage is update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (3K vs 70). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MotoGP™ sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per year. IMSA asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for IMSA against 4.0 for MotoGP™. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MotoGP™ has 3K ratings behind it against 70, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 28% of IMSA's written reviews are positive against 33% of MotoGP™'s.

IMSA ships an update every 2 months, MotoGP™ every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
