# IMSA vs TCR TV

IMSA and TCR TV both sit at 4.1 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of TCR TV's written reviews are positive against 28% of IMSA's. TCR TV also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs every 2 months). IMSA's advantage is ratings volume (70 vs 1). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.1 for IMSA against 4.0 for TCR TV. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IMSA has 70 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 28% of IMSA's written reviews are positive against 100% of TCR TV's.

IMSA ships an update every 2 months, TCR TV every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
