# Jodel vs الأسرة

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: الأسرة at none against Jodel's 17. الأسرة also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). Jodel's advantage is ratings volume (121K vs 19). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Jodel sells 17 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per 7 days. الأسرة asks for nothing beyond the download.

الأسرة holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jodel has 121K ratings behind it against 19, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 65% of Jodel's written reviews are positive against 80% of الأسرة's.

Jodel ships an update every 2 weeks, الأسرة every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
