# mySteps vs Step Counter

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: mySteps at 7.0 against Step Counter's 15.1. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mySteps sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Step Counter sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
