# See Saw vs Funqtion

See Saw and Funqtion both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 82% of See Saw's written reviews are positive against 60% of Funqtion's. Funqtion's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Funqtion holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 266 and 91 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 82% of See Saw's written reviews are positive against 60% of Funqtion's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

See Saw ships an update every 2 months, Funqtion every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
