# Sensi vs U

Sensi and U both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 67% of U's written reviews are positive against 35% of Sensi's. U also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Sensi's advantage is ratings volume (247K vs 18). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Sensi against 4.6 for U. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sensi has 247K ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 35% of Sensi's written reviews are positive against 67% of U's.

Sensi ships an update monthly, U every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
