# Le VPN vs VPN Point

The clearest difference is monetization model: VPN Point at free with in-app purchases against Le VPN's subscription. Le VPN's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, ratings volume, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Le VPN sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and VPN Point sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Le VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 923 and 1.5K respectively. Written reviews point the same way: 72% of Le VPN's written reviews are positive against 58% of VPN Point's.

Le VPN ships an update fortnightly, VPN Point every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
