# RevHeadz Engine Sounds vs Piano 3D

The clearest difference is rating: RevHeadz Engine Sounds at 4.3 against Piano 3D's 3.6. RevHeadz Engine Sounds also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 9). Piano 3D's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. RevHeadz Engine Sounds sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Piano 3D sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RevHeadz Engine Sounds holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RevHeadz Engine Sounds has 1.4K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of RevHeadz Engine Sounds's written reviews are positive against 80% of Piano 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

RevHeadz Engine Sounds ships an update every 3 months, Piano 3D every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 2, 2026 respectively.
