# Dice Tech Careers vs Resume

The clearest difference is rating: Dice Tech Careers at 4.8 against Resume's 4.0. Dice Tech Careers also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 62). Resume's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dice Tech Careers holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dice Tech Careers has 17K ratings behind it against 62, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 34% and 33% positive.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
