# Dice Tech Careers vs Talent Stacker

The clearest difference is rating: Dice Tech Careers at 4.8 against Talent Stacker's 4.2. Dice Tech Careers also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). Talent Stacker's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 34%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dice Tech Careers holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dice Tech Careers has 17K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Dice Tech Careers's written reviews are positive against 50% of Talent Stacker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dice Tech Careers ships an update every 2 months, Talent Stacker every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
