# Double Letter Match vs HellManager

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Double Letter Match at 91% against HellManager's 37%. Double Letter Match also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 9) and ads (none vs shown). HellManager's advantage is price (Free vs $1.99) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 38 months). On device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

HellManager is free to download; Double Letter Match costs $1.99 up front. HellManager sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Double Letter Match asks for nothing beyond the download.

HellManager holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: HellManager has 7.1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 91% of Double Letter Match's written reviews are positive against 37% of HellManager's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
