# TrackerHome vs V

The clearest difference is rating: TrackerHome at 3.5 against V's 2.4. TrackerHome also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). V's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

TrackerHome holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TrackerHome has 36 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of TrackerHome's written reviews are positive against 25% of V's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TrackerHome ships an update every 5 months, V every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
