# Hits 105 vs Setlist Carrot

The clearest difference is rating: Hits 105 at 5.0 against Setlist Carrot's 3.9. Hits 105 also leads on update cadence (every 5 months vs every 19 months) and device support (3 vs 1). Setlist Carrot's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (50% vs 33%). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Hits 105 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Setlist Carrot has 15 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Hits 105's written reviews are positive against 50% of Setlist Carrot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
