# Pitch Counter & Radar Gun vs Launch Quickness

The clearest difference is ads: Launch Quickness at none against Pitch Counter & Radar Gun's shown. Launch Quickness also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Pitch Counter & Radar Gun's advantage is ratings volume (19K vs 128) and rating (4.4 vs 4.2). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pitch Counter & Radar Gun sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Launch Quickness sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pitch Counter & Radar Gun holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pitch Counter & Radar Gun has 19K ratings behind it against 128, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Pitch Counter & Radar Gun's written reviews are positive against 58% of Launch Quickness's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pitch Counter & Radar Gun ships an update every 3 months, Launch Quickness monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
