# WiFi vs WiZ Pro Setup

The clearest difference is rating: WiFi at 2.4 against WiZ Pro Setup's 1.4. WiFi also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

WiFi holds the better App Store score, 2.4 against 1.4. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 35 and 16 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of WiFi's written reviews are positive against 25% of WiZ Pro Setup's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

WiFi ships an update every 4 months, WiZ Pro Setup every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 23, 2026.
