ProfCalendar is the all-in-one teacher planner: plan your lessons, manage your classes and turn your iPad into a real teaching assistant. LESSON PLANNING AND CALENDAR Organise your week in an interactive calendar. Prepare each lesson with a title, the lesson flow, checklists and attached files, and keep an overview of the whole school year with the annual plan. School holidays for the French-speaking Swiss cantons import in one click; anywhere else, add your own holidays in a few clicks. COMPLETE CLASS MANAGEMENT Keep your class lists, track absences and late arrivals, enter marks and let averages calculate automatically. Seating plan, behaviour tallies with thresholds, voice-dictated remarks and a report for each student, all in one place. PDF ANNOTATION WITH APPLE PENCIL Annotate your documents directly on iPad: pen, highlighter, correction mask, ruler, compass and set square in real centimetres, automatic straight lines. Export the annotated PDF and find your annotations again from one lesson to the next. FILE MANAGEMENT Organise your documents in folders from one year to the next, copy them into your classes and find them on the lesson page. STUDENT AND PARENT SPACE (OPTIONAL) Turn it on if you wish: parents follow attendance and marks in the ProfCalendar Parents & Élèves app and can justify absences; students receive their homework and the files you share. SECURITY Two-factor authentication (2FA), encrypted data hosted in Europe. LANGUAGE ProfCalendar was created for schools in French-speaking Switzerland. Sign-up and the dashboard are available in English; the other screens are still in French and are being translated. ---------- LEGAL INFORMATION ProfCalendar is a subscription service (monthly or yearly, cancel anytime).
