# Pro Referral vs Event Flow Manager

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pro Referral at 36% against Event Flow Manager's 0%. Pro Referral also leads on ratings volume (438 vs 22). Event Flow Manager's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Event Flow Manager holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pro Referral has 438 ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 36% of Pro Referral's written reviews are positive against 0% of Event Flow Manager's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pro Referral ships an update every 6 weeks, Event Flow Manager fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
