# Short Term Memory vs Recall

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Recall at none against Short Term Memory's 1. Recall also leads on ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Short Term Memory sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $0.99 per month. Recall asks for nothing beyond the download.
