# Adobe Lightroom for iPad vs Imation Photo Printer

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Imation Photo Printer at 100% against Adobe Lightroom for iPad's 37%. Imation Photo Printer also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 13) and device support (3 vs 1). Adobe Lightroom for iPad's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (51K vs 6). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Adobe Lightroom for iPad sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Imation Photo Printer asks for nothing beyond the download.

Adobe Lightroom for iPad holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Adobe Lightroom for iPad has 51K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 37% of Adobe Lightroom for iPad's written reviews are positive against 100% of Imation Photo Printer's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
