# HOWChurch vs Peerspace

HOWChurch and Peerspace both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of HOWChurch's written reviews are positive against 44% of Peerspace's. HOWChurch also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). Peerspace's advantage is ratings volume (26K vs 13) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 6 weeks). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for HOWChurch against 4.9 for Peerspace. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Peerspace has 26K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of HOWChurch's written reviews are positive against 44% of Peerspace's.

HOWChurch ships an update every 6 weeks, Peerspace every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
