# PocketBook Reader vs kanah

The clearest difference is review sentiment: kanah at 100% against PocketBook Reader's 55%. kanah also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and update cadence (every 10 days vs every 2 months). PocketBook Reader's advantage is ratings volume (10K vs 3) and chart position (#168 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PocketBook Reader sells 41 one-off in-app purchases and kanah sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

kanah holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5.
