# Tynker vs CertPrep

The clearest difference is device support: Tynker at 3 against CertPrep's 1. Tynker also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tynker sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month and CertPrep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
