# Posthaus vs Youcom

Posthaus and Youcom both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 94% of Posthaus's written reviews are positive against 56% of Youcom's. Posthaus also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). Youcom's advantage is ratings volume (8.4K vs 76). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Posthaus against 4.8 for Youcom. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Youcom has 8.4K ratings behind it against 76, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 94% of Posthaus's written reviews are positive against 56% of Youcom's.

Posthaus ships an update weekly, Youcom every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
