# Patchim Training vs Korean

The clearest difference is update cadence: Patchim Training at every 3 weeks against Korean's every 3 months. Patchim Training also leads on iOS requirement (13 vs 26.1). Korean's advantage is ratings volume (3.4K vs 136) and rating (4.9 vs 4.7). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Patchim Training sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Korean sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Korean holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Korean has 3.4K ratings behind it against 136, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 80% of Patchim Training's written reviews are positive against 86% of Korean's.

Patchim Training ships an update every 3 weeks, Korean every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
