# yes+ vs Drop Events

The clearest difference is rating: Drop Events at 5.0 against yes+'s 2.1. Drop Events also leads on update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). yes+'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (35 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Drop Events holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: yes+ has 35 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

yes+ ships an update every 2 months, Drop Events every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
