# Nextcloud Notes vs Odoo WebApp

The clearest difference is rating: Odoo WebApp at 3.0 against Nextcloud Notes's 2.2. Odoo WebApp also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Nextcloud Notes's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 14 months) and ratings volume (93 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Odoo WebApp holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nextcloud Notes has 93 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 27% of Nextcloud Notes's written reviews are positive against 25% of Odoo WebApp's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Nextcloud Notes ships an update every 2 months, Odoo WebApp every 14 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
