# Terra 3D vs Reverse video

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Reverse video at none against Terra 3D's 6. Reverse video also leads on rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (28 vs 2). Terra 3D's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Terra 3D sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Reverse video asks for nothing beyond the download.

Reverse video holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reverse video has 28 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Terra 3D's written reviews are positive against 50% of Reverse video's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Terra 3D ships an update every 3 weeks, Reverse video every 12 months. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
