The clearest difference is price: Shadow Work at Free against My True Self's $13.99. Shadow Work also leads on rating (4.7 vs 1.0) and ratings volume (342 vs 1). My True Self's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 59%) and in-app purchases (none vs 11). On ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Shadow Work holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shadow Work has 342 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of My True Self's written reviews are positive against 59% of Shadow Work's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
