# Underlist vs Timemator

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Timemator at 63% against Underlist's 33%. Timemator also leads on rating (4.7 vs 4.3) and ratings volume (169 vs 7). Underlist's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (monthly vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Underlist sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Timemator sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timemator holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timemator has 169 ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of Underlist's written reviews are positive against 63% of Timemator's.

Underlist ships an update monthly, Timemator every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
