# MyUOW vs nine.com.au

The clearest difference is ads: MyUOW at none against nine.com.au's shown. MyUOW also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). nine.com.au's advantage is ratings volume (892 vs 2) and review sentiment (27% vs 7%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyUOW holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: nine.com.au has 892 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of MyUOW's written reviews are positive against 27% of nine.com.au's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
