# Feenote vs Plane Notes

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Feenote at 91% against Plane Notes's 43%. Feenote also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2.1K vs 93). Plane Notes's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Feenote sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 3 months and Plane Notes sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Feenote holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Feenote has 2.1K ratings behind it against 93, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 91% of Feenote's written reviews are positive against 43% of Plane Notes's.

Feenote ships an update weekly, Plane Notes every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
