# FlicKuma! vs holoplus

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: FlicKuma! at none against holoplus's 1. FlicKuma! also leads on ads (none vs shown) and rating (4.8 vs 4.4). holoplus's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 25 months) and ratings volume (70 vs 12). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. holoplus sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $39.99 per year. FlicKuma! asks for nothing beyond the download.

FlicKuma! holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: holoplus has 70 ratings behind it against 12, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of FlicKuma!'s written reviews are positive against 72% of holoplus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FlicKuma! ships an update every 25 months, holoplus every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
