# Script Evolution vs Scriptigo Script Reader

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Script Evolution at 80% against Scriptigo Script Reader's 14%. Script Evolution also leads on iOS requirement (12 vs 14.0). Scriptigo Script Reader's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 1.0) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Script Evolution sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Scriptigo Script Reader sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Scriptigo Script Reader holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 1.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Script Evolution's written reviews are positive against 14% of Scriptigo Script Reader's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Script Evolution ships an update monthly, Scriptigo Script Reader every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 20, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
