# Script Evolution vs Stratword

The clearest difference is rating: Stratword at 4.4 against Script Evolution's 1.0. Stratword also leads on ratings volume (97 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). Script Evolution's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (80% vs 47%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Script Evolution sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Stratword sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Stratword holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stratword has 97 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Script Evolution's written reviews are positive against 47% of Stratword's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Script Evolution ships an update monthly, Stratword every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
