# Blinds Up vs Poker Timer Pocket

The clearest difference is rating: Blinds Up at 3.3 against Poker Timer Pocket's 2.0. Blinds Up also leads on ratings volume (127 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). Poker Timer Pocket's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and review sentiment (60% vs 51%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Blinds Up sells 30 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Poker Timer Pocket sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Blinds Up holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Blinds Up has 127 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Blinds Up's written reviews are positive against 60% of Poker Timer Pocket's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Blinds Up ships an update monthly, Poker Timer Pocket every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
