# iQuadratic vs Temp Mail

The clearest difference is monetization model: iQuadratic at free with in-app purchases against Temp Mail's subscription. iQuadratic also leads on update cadence (weekly vs every 17 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Temp Mail's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (2K vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iQuadratic sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Temp Mail sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iQuadratic holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Temp Mail has 2K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of iQuadratic's written reviews are positive against 80% of Temp Mail's.

iQuadratic ships an update weekly, Temp Mail every 17 months. The most recent releases landed on September 29, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
