# Medium vs Dzaleka Online

Medium and Dzaleka Online both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Dzaleka Online's written reviews are positive against 62% of Medium's. Dzaleka Online also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 6). Medium's advantage is ratings volume (157K vs 1) and chart position (#22 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Medium sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Dzaleka Online asks for nothing beyond the download.

Dzaleka Online holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Medium has 157K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 62% of Medium's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dzaleka Online's.

Medium ships an update weekly, Dzaleka Online fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
