# Invader™ vs AD3000

The clearest difference is rating: AD3000 at 4.4 against Invader™'s 3.1. AD3000 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 11) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). Invader™'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (65% vs 55%). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Invader™ sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. AD3000 asks for nothing beyond the download.

AD3000 holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Invader™ has 208 ratings behind it against 40, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Invader™'s written reviews are positive against 55% of AD3000's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
