# Easy Counter vs DOTS

The clearest difference is price: Easy Counter at Free against DOTS's $1.99. Easy Counter also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.6). DOTS's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Easy Counter is free to download; DOTS costs $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Easy Counter against 5.0 for DOTS. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Easy Counter has 8 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
