# PATCO Schedule vs SEPTA Park

The clearest difference is rating: SEPTA Park at 4.2 against PATCO Schedule's 2.7. SEPTA Park also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (2.9K vs 14). PATCO Schedule's advantage is review sentiment (55% vs 15%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PATCO Schedule sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. SEPTA Park asks for nothing beyond the download.

SEPTA Park holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SEPTA Park has 2.9K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 55% of PATCO Schedule's written reviews are positive against 15% of SEPTA Park's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PATCO Schedule ships an update every 2 months, SEPTA Park every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
