# Time Flyz vs DayDot

The clearest difference is update cadence: DayDot at every 3 weeks against Time Flyz's every 3 months. Time Flyz's advantage is iOS requirement (10.3 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Time Flyz sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per 6 months and DayDot sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Time Flyz ships an update every 3 months, DayDot every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
