# Bananas!!! vs Hallway Dash

The clearest difference is rating: Hallway Dash at 4.8 against Bananas!!!'s 4.0. Hallway Dash also leads on monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (10 vs 1). Bananas!!!'s advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 9 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bananas!!! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Hallway Dash sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hallway Dash holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hallway Dash has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Bananas!!! ships an update every 3 months, Hallway Dash every 9 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
