Pomopush is a calm Pomodoro timer for studying and deep work. Nothing moves while you focus, so your work is the only thing asking for your attention. Made for exam weeks, a thesis and long days of focused work, on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with an Apple Watch timer that works on its own. No account, no ads, no tracking and nothing to buy: everything in Pomopush is free, from the timer and widgets to Focus Sounds and the focus coach. WHY IT STAYS CALM • Nothing moves while you focus. Breaks breathe; focus stays still • No blocked apps, no feeds and no social network: you choose when to focus, and with whom • Data Not Collected: what you work on stays on your devices and in your own iCloud • Suggestions and the focus coach are worked out on your device, not on a server FOCUS YOUR WAY • 25-minute sessions with short and long breaks, or your own rhythm • Focus Sounds: white noise, rain, the ocean, a fireplace or a low hum, made on your device; they fade out for your breaks • Focus Together over SharePlay: one timer with a friend on FaceTime, each with your own task • Wind the timer: drag the dot around the dial to choose how long you focus • One question before a session: what are you working on? Pomopush offers what you didn't finish and what's due today in Reminders • "+5 min" when a session ends while you're in the flow, and undo for a skip or reset • Focus mode that fills the screen, in portrait and landscape, in pure black on OLED • Freeze a paused session under a layer of frost to keep it for later • Share a page, an email or a note to Pomopush and it becomes your next session EVERY APPLE DEVICE • Apple Watch: a timer of its own with a full-screen ring, double tap to start or pause, the Digital Crown to set the length, and complications. Works without your iPhone • Start on iPhone and your timer follows on Apple Watch, iPad and Mac • Live Activity on the Lock Screen, in the Dynamic Island and in the Smart Stack on Apple Watch • Widgets, a desk clock for StandBy, Control Center and the Action button • Siri and Shortcuts: ask for a timer in your own words, pause or resume by voice, or build a shortcut for a 50-minute session • CarPlay: the timer widget and Live Activity on your car's Dashboard KEEP DISTRACTIONS OUT • Suggestions that learn what you work on at each time of day, and the next step: after Chapter 4 comes Chapter 5 • Link a Focus such as Work to start a session automatically • Music from Apple Music that pauses for your breaks UNDERSTAND YOUR FOCUS • Statistics for the week, your best time of day and what you worked on • An honest focus coach that names the one thing holding you back this week and gives you one thing to do about it • Streaks, achievements, a weekly goal and monthly events • Finished sessions in a Pomopush calendar in iCloud, if you like • After a session, note how it felt as State of Mind in the Health app, and count breaks as Mindful Minutes if you like FOR EVERYONE • VoiceOver, Voice Control, Larger Text, Reduce Motion, Increase Contrast and Assistive Access supported throughout • In English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish
