# Cooleaf vs Mobile Facilities by RealPage

The clearest difference is rating: Mobile Facilities by RealPage at 4.3 against Cooleaf's 3.4. Mobile Facilities by RealPage also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and ratings volume (6K vs 60). Cooleaf's advantage is review sentiment (52% vs 20%) and update cadence (every 10 days vs monthly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mobile Facilities by RealPage holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mobile Facilities by RealPage has 6K ratings behind it against 60, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of Cooleaf's written reviews are positive against 20% of Mobile Facilities by RealPage's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
